Chorizo Patatas Bravas with Smoked Sausage

Feeling a little bit inspired by Sunday Brunch as I often am, I decided to make one of their recipes, which I rarely do, but by god it was worth it!

Day 1 was good, day 2 was more sticky, but better flavours ~ I wouldn’t use polenta to coat the onion rings again tho, far too gritty! a good batter is much nicer in my opinion! but the recipe incl the polenta ones are included {here} (link to come)
