I’m not a fussy eater at all, but there is something about oysters that makes me feel quite queasy when I think about eating one … consequently I never have … I mean look at it! Yes the shells are beautiful, as are those black “things” around the edge but as my friend Claudine scrapes one free of the shell and slides it into her mouth, my face kind of just crumples up.
On a whim I bought a butter churner and thought I’d have at making butter … cause buying butter is so very hard!

Well it’s finally finished and boxed up ready to go to the wedding tomorrow. I go through periods of really quite liking it, to really not liking it at all. Part of me think it’s a bit mummsy, the other part of me thinks it’s beautiful.
